Christina's 3 Bean Chorizo Chili
Ingredients:
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can each pinto, black and kidney beans drained
- 1 can of sweet corn (I prefer fire roasted myself)
- 1 lb. Chorizo
- A packet of your preferred chili seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 diced white onion (optional)
- 1 cup of water (optional)
Instructions:
1. Brown chorizo in a pan.
2. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and.mix thoroughly
3. Set slow cooker to low for 6 to 8, stirring ocassionally.
