Chicago Exxxotica: Hello Ashley Fires

As promised, last Saturday I ventured down to the Windy City, to meet up with fellow Xcritic reviewer, Porno Nerd aka Bobby Blake and my friend @magicseamonkey, and we were out to check out the Chicago stop for Exxxotica. 

This has been my second year in a row for going to this show, and I am glad to say that it seems to be growing every year. Glad to see that the Midwest is getting some love. I will say that next year they should try and not schedule it around San Diego Comic Con, cause I know a bunch of the girls, who were at the show last year, were in San Diego this year. 

We got our Media passes and headed into the show, and one of the guys at the T.I.T.S booth got my attention because I was wearing one of their shirts, with the lovely Kortney Kane on it. I asked about some new shirts I was interested in, Kleio, Burning Angel, and Skin Diamond ones, all which are coming out later this year. 

We started to walk around, and I can say that it was a somewhat slow start to the day, as the doors opened at noon, and most of the girls were not showing up till later in the day. A little advice, no need to be there right away, unless a girl you want to meet says she is going to be there right away.

I had a few interviews lined up and I would try and get those done throughout the day. But as the day dragged on and it got busy, I didn't want to keep them away from their fans who were here to meet their favorite girls. And even though I was planning on some short interviews, I still would feel a little bad. But I also had to deal with the noise, and you can tell what we had to deal with, in my interview with Allison Moore.

It was great chatting with her, and I know I am looking forward to seeing more of her this year. You guys should know my love for redheads, so you know how I first got interetsed in her. The rest of the day was basically just walking around and catching up with some people I haven't got to talk since Vegas, and also make sure and introduce Bobby to them. 

One of the highlights, was an awkward moment, and the guys got a good laugh and I figured why not share it with you fine folks. Well on my way down to the show, I was listening to the newest episode of the Elegant Angel podcast, with Skin Diamond and Brooklyn Lee, and Skin mentioned a big project that she has coming out that she couldn't go into great detail about it. Well as I was taking her picture and right as she was about to turn around and give us a booty shot, my brain for some reason, says, hey don't forget to ask about the movie. Doh, about sums it up. My only response, is look at the picture, she looked amazing, so you can see why my brain would be going crazy.

Well it seems that every time I go to these shows, I seem to stumble upon a few new girls that I quickly become fans of. And I think I need to thank Bobby for that in this show. 

Hello Christie Stevens, consider me a fan.

But the one lady that will most likely be the overall highlight for all of us, will be the very awesome Ashley Fires, who I am afraid to say, was not familiar with until Bobby introduced us to her. He was a huge fan of hers and she really won his heart and other parts of his body even more by the end of the day. But you can check out his report for more on his experience. But let the next few pictures tell you the story about my experience with her.

I won the contest, but there is much more to come

I may have been blindfolded the whole time, but it's safe to assume it was still pretty awesome for me. So thanks to Ashley and Missy, for that awesome memory, and thanks to @magicseamonkey for taking the pics. Miss Ashley Fires, it is safe to say that you have a new fan in me. Overall I had a great time, and I look forward to seeing everyone again, hopefully sooner than later. I believe the next stop for Exxxotica is in New Jersey in November, where I know Bill and Rob will be there covering it for Xcritic. I can say I am a little dissapointed we missed Belladonna's show, considering all the great things I heard about it at the AVN, oh well, hopefully I will get to see it some place down the road.
