2011 was a difficult year for the adult film industry. With the Great Recession in full swing and porn piracy at an all time high, studios and directors found they had less funds and more adversity to do their productions. Still some real gems emerged, like diamonds made from coal under intense pressure and we've picked the top 10 of them to recognize as the best of 2011.

Narrowing down to the best 10 was a hard task and then ranking them even harder but we feel we've picked a group of ten really fantastic adult releases and many like our number one pick Lost and Found, show that you don't have to have a mega budget to make a truly great porn.
