It's about that time to bid farewell to 2011, and as 2012 is fast approaching, it's time to go through my list of reviews and pick my top ten. I reviewed 77 movies this year, and this list is going to be based on those movies. Now there are going to be some bigger titles that I missed out on, so you can factor that in a little when reading my top ten.
And as the title states, this is part one. Not sure how many parts there are going to be, going to try and keep it short, but if you are familar with my reviews, sometimes I like to ramble a bit.
Let's get started, as the countdown begins with my #10 movie of 2011....
#10 Kung Fu Pussy from Burning Angel:
(link to full review: http://www.xcritic.com/review/37615/dana-dearmond-kung-fu-pussy/ )
It was one of the HIGHLY RECOMMENDED movies I reviewed that I felt deserved to be in the top ten. I have always been a big fan of Burning Angel, and love the beautiful ladies that Joanna has introduced us to through her movies. Joanna brings us some sexy ladies, inlcuding the lovely Kleio (the enhanced version), also stars Jessie, Dana, Skin, Joanna and Kelly. And we also get the humor and one liners that one is used to when it comes to Burning Angel films. It did lose some points with me, due to some technical stats, but it's still a solid movie and one that has found a home in my movie collection.
Favorite Scene: The battle at the end of the movie, where the girls (Joanna, Kleio, and Jessie) must avenge their master's death by beating the villian (James Dean). Great example of the humor and sexiness that Burning Angel brings to their movies.
#9 Asa Akira is Insatiable 2 from Elegant Angel
(link to full review: http://www.xcritic.com/review/37780/asa-akira-asa-akira-is-insatiable-2/ )
Another movie that recieved a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from me. This was the only one of the big releases from Superstar September that I was able to review, so I missed out on checking out the other titles. But after really enjoying the first one, you can easily say that this was on my must see list for this year. And to top it off I was able to check it out in glorious Blu-Ray. And once again, some technical specs, and lack of special features, kept this from our highest rating, but it's still worth owning. You combine Asa's sexual prowess and the directing of Mason and you know some magic is about to happen. No surprises like the first one, but still some amazing work from Asa.

Favorite Scene: Asa vs the Gangbang. This is where she really shines, showing that she can't take on a small army of guys, and doesn't seem to slow up a bit, no matter what they do to her. And they do a great job of keeping her fill in pretty much any hole they can find. I am not sure how she is going to top this one. But I am sure we are going to like it anyway, no matter what it is.
#8 This is Why I'm Hot from Tom Byron Pictures
(link to full review: http://www.xcritic.com/review/37308/chanel-preston-this-is-why-im-hot/ )
We are still in the best of the HIGHLY RECOMMEND movies of 2011, and this was one of the movies that surprised me. Granted just from seeing the cast of ladies (Chanel, Gracie, Asa, and Kristina), you would think you are about to witness some greatness. But not being too familair with Tom Byron Pictures and Ivan the director, I was not sure what I was getting into. But as you can see, I ended up really enjoying overall, the look and feel of the movie was great, and as in my review, I would love to see this on Bluray. And I think with a Blu-ray or bump in the technical stats, this would have gotten our highest rating from me. Great amount of special features, highlighting each girl.

Favorite Scene: I think I can't decide betwen the Chanel and Asa scene as my favorite, but I think they are all pretty amazing scenes, with some great tease footage and music before we get into the action.
I think I am going to end here, and leave you waiting for the rest of my top ten. Nothing like making you wait a little to see the rest of the list. But don't worry, I shall continue soon, as I finish the countdown of my top ten movies of 2011. What do you think #1-7 will be? Hopefully a few surprises await you.
