Each month as we look at newcomers who have entered the adult industry, we look for a lot more than just strong performance. we look for that personality that the glows, saying how much they love the business, wanna be in it for the long haul, appreciate what others have done or doing in helping them get established and show a true love for their fans. 

Some months, the list of potential newcomers can be over thirty girls. As, we sort though the list, little by little they fall and a few rise to the top of what we call, the “Perfection of a Newcomer”. Usually each month we focus on four young ladies new to the business that fit all of this, but unfortunately this month that did not happen. July, brings us to only focusing on three exciting, individually different and unique young ladies who, new in their career meet all that criteria in being selected as XCritic’s “Newcomers and Fresh Faces”.
