Sex Workers Literati Night ” Love and Pain

On February 4th the  Happy Ending  Lounge  in NYC  was home  for the monthly  gathering of the Sex Workers Literati with its  theme being "Love  and Pain hosted  by Audacia  Ray and  David Henry Sterry. The  1st Thursday  of the month the  Happy Ending  Lounge fills to standing  room only. This month Sex Workers  Literati welcomed  three very  talented members of the  adult  industry. Director, writer and  actress Nica Noelle, Writer ,Blogger and Porn Star Tyler Knight and  AVN 's 2010 Best Newcomer Dane Cross. Each  took  turns that night reading  some of their  private  writings.

Nica   has  been very  busy as a  Writer and Director for  Sweetheart Video and  Sweet Sinner , she flew out to New York  sharing her  writings with  other  avid  readers along  with  Tyler and Dane. Also  reading  that night was  Mistress  Astrid a pro Domme  and  lifestyler,  ReverendJen ,playwrite ,columnist and  the  list  goes on and  on. Last but  not least Alex Kinney who had  everyone in  the audience enjoying  his  story and  cheering him on!

Dane Cross read a few  of  his  own poems which left one  thinking and  wondering  if he is  all up their..lol At  first  glance Dane doesn't  look  or  act like  the  "typical " porn star, look though are  very  deceiving. In  person  he is  very  reserved and  soft  spoken and  somewhat  shy.  Not  what you  would  except  from  AVN's  2010 Best  New Comer.

Tyler  Knight on the  other hand was recognized by a  few  fans before  the reading  started.  I myself  enjoyed talking to  him especially  since  Tyler was one of  my  first men that  I  enjoyed  watching as a reviewer and  one of my favorites! Tyler's work has been published in several print and online literary magazines including Thieves Jargon, Thirst for Fire, Sex and Murder, and Ronin Press. He also writes a monthly column for a woman's magazine, For The Girls. In November of 2009, he joined the Subtle Dig network of bloggers. He recently completed his first novel.

Ladies, the Tyler Knight who you  see on screen is nothing  compared to the  man in person.  Tyler is  very  much the gentlemen and  very  humble. You  can  see  why he  was  chosen  as  a  spokesperson  for  PlayGirl and the  fact that he  as  that  sensual personality  and  that  look that makes  the ladies want to  see  still more of  him!

During  the  two  hours  I spent listening to the readers, I  did  have the pleasure of  meeting many  people  that  are  regulars at these  events. I  think I  shall  be   making more  trips to the Happy Ending  Lounge from now on!
