hey everybody!

sorry i've been lagging on the blogs!

i'd like to thank time warner for my cable being out for almost three days due to the "upgrading" in our area. my cable finally came back on about 3 hours after obama won the election. i was able to see his speech replayed on cnn and was so happy i was bouncing up and down on my bed and clapping my hands while saying "weeeeeee!" it also meant that i could put our passports back in the fireproof safe and we didn't have to leave the country. i was completely ready to pack it all up and take off to vancouver. seriously.

needless to say, the proposition 8 outcome made me completely livid but, enough about politics.

i'm still in the middle of redecorating our loft and have to get some new furniture for the living room area. i spent about $1k at bath and body works alone. i'm obsessed with candles and oils and other yummy smelling things! my loft smells good enough to eat (as do i). there's nothing better than walking into somebody's home and having it smell like they've been baking all day. plus, they have so much great stuff for the holidays!

we had an amazing glass coffee table that was my mom's in the 60's and of course the idiot movers broke it. i've decided to replace the glass (which will be several hundred dollars at least) after we move into our house (to prevent another clumsy mover from ruining it). so, i picked out a new coffee table and some nice side tables for the living room, the hubster just has to go pick them up. i was eventually planning on buying a wood table anyway since we are going to be starting a family in the next year or so and toddlers + glass coffee tables = disaster waiting to happen. can we say i'm in a "nesting" phase? i think so!

although i really love our loft, it's 2k sq ft of penthouse loftmazingness and has everything i require in a home ( great kitchen with stainless steel appliances, huge walk-in closet that is the size of a bedroom, an amazing bathroom with a great tub, front load washer and dryer, central air conditioning that makes it as cold as a freezer, and gated and guarded parking) it's a loft, in the heart of downtown los angeles. yes, it's great for a newlywed couple and their two fuzzy children but, once i am expecting a human child, i'm going to want to paint a nursery and have a backyard to put a swing set in. so, i'll be enjoying my loft until i get a positive pregnancy test most likely!

i checked out the charts on avn and was pretty stoked to see "the sex offenders" at #59 on the top sales and #24 on the top rentals. i'm really pumped to do my next flick, it's going to be so filthy and horny it will blow t.s.o. right out of the water. i'll most likely be featuring some brand new epically hot, majorly naughty girlies along with some of our favorite "veteran" sexy ladies!

on halloween, i spent the day/evening with the lovely ms. daisy sparks and we shot a great photo set! she's so fun to work with and just amazingly upbeat and into exploring her sexuality and pushing new boundaries that i can't wait to shoot her on film!

well, it's almost 6:oo a.m., my insomnia is kicking my butt. i'm going to attempt some sleep soon!
