Why I don’t watch television.

Has anyone noticed the September 11th commemorative silver-plated dollar commercials? I didn't, until I finally gave into the television in my hotel room in bumblefuck canyon country a couple of hours ago in an attempt to induce sleep.  Our national paper currency commemorates great leaders, the signing of the Declaration of Independence, and the historical buildings that important moments in U.S. history took place in. It would make sense that most other countries would handle their currency in a similar fashion. I find it disgusting that someone found it appropriate to immortalize the deaths of over 2,700 innocent people in .999 pure silver leaf. Thanks Liberia... nothing personal, but your treasury department can go fuck themselves.

To me, this is a thousand times more obscene and offensive than any video ever conceived of by Max Hardcore or John Stagliano could possibly be, and the commercials hawking it are being piped into the television sets of anyone with cable tv.  Hear that Supreme Court? When are you going to slap the ''as seen on tv'' people with an obscenity law suit?
