Sex is Better Than Zoloft; Bananas Are Good For You Too

In relation to Ravynn's blog about 17 Reasons Why Sex is Good....I thought this was a great post and opened my eyes to a lot of things.

I am not ashamed to say I have been on antidepressants for about five years now, I mean to put it bluntly you could say they saved my life, but that sounds a little dramatic.

I was reading his/her blog about the 17 reasons and the first reason was....

Sometime in March I met this really beautiful hot little Latina girl who has a body to die for and a personality for miles. As in prior blogs I wrote about how amazing she is in bed... she continues to blow my mind even this afternoon, but that's another story all together.

Lately I noticed something in myself I haven't noticed in a really long time. I have been happy almost all the time and when I get down in the dumps or pissed off we talk, act like nerds and whatever it was that got me down in the first place didn't even matter.

We are both confessed nerds and we don't really care. When I see her and we talk, I actually get hyper. I mean me - HYPER - like I slammed three Red Bulls. Mind you I have never drunk Red Bull so I am only assuming the effect it would give.

The sex is amazing, the conversations are quirky fun and the down time is relaxing. Since I met this lovely girl I have been much happier, my diabetic glucose numbers have been way better and I think, maybe as they say I got a little extra spring in my step.
