Yep, Chicago. It's beautiful. Chicago is the friendliest, cleanest city I've been to in quite some time. My childhood friend Zak moved here a few years ago for school and since we haven't hung out in a year and a half or so I figured I'd come for a visit.
This is me on the train from O'Hare to his apartment (somebody told me the internet appreciates random 'what I look like on a normal day' pictures).
aaaand here's a picture of a butterfly from the butterfly conservatory at the Nature Museum. The Nature Museum was full of exhibits on green living, which is pretty exciting. For a year and a half or so Jess and I have been talking about trying to convince our landlord to let us put a green roof on our house, and we're about to say screw it and just buy a place and put a green roof on it.
I was all ookie from allergies, slept alot when I got back from LA and therefore totally spaced on blogging for a couple of weeks. Oops. Also, I put my 2nd phone (the one that reliably works) in my suitcase on the way from LA to Philly and couldn't find it until I was packing Tuesday night. I'm pretty sure I now owe Miss Haze flowers. When it comes to pretty girls I'm *just* like an 18 year old boy.
