Funplex!

Howdy All!

The B-52's new/first album in 16 years is out now. "Funplex" has the classic B's groove mixed with current dancy beats making it the dance party offering of 2008! In my humble opinion. :)

Kate and Cindy look gorgeous and their sweet harmonies are as groovy as ever. Fred is a cool cat with his distinct vocal stylings, and hottie Keith kicks ass on his cranked up guitar. A couple of the tunes also include Cindy's neat-o beatnik bongo playing.

I celebrated my birthday last weekend when some pals and I went out for some tasty hot chicken and then over to my favorite li'l pub for some cheap draft beer and to play some cool tunes on the jukebox. Good times!

I'm looking forward to another Anthens, GA band's new CD that comes out this Tuesday.
