Korean BBQ

Woohoo Happy St. Patricls Day yesterday everyone...... hehe ok so I have this new friend. She's mixed with white and korean. I brought her to my apartment yesterday for green day and i suggested we have a BBQ. She started telling me about how she can make this great marinade recipe for korean bbq, I love korean bbq. Oh my gosh I was so excited. Usually on special occasions I'm always the cook because I'm usually the only one who can cook. I was very happy to finally be able to taste someone elses cooking and it is a family recipe so its completely home made. It was so delicious. I can't say what the recipe is but I have to tell you I never thought sugar would be very good with soy sauce. We bbq'd until about 10, we had such a tiny little grill and we could only cook four pieces at a time ahaha. It was so much fun though, we took our big recliners out in the patio and we're on the top floor so our view is amazing. Surrounded my mountains. Anyway I have to say, yesterday was a good day =).
