Viva Las Vegas!

Well, it's been a rewarding and thoroughly exhausting year so I'll keep this short. I'll be in Las Vegas for the next week and trying to find out about all the new projects the companies are involved in, the status of their participation in the high definition format wars, and what new performers will be on hand to tickle your fancies.

I hope to meet Monique again while in Vegas.

For me, this is as much a vacation from my mundane job and all the reviewing I do as a chance to hob knob with the knob slobbers and production staffs of the companies. I'll be joined by at least two of the team and we've already made plans to bring you the kind of extensive coverage and wealth of pictures you've grown to appreciate over the years so please be patient if you try to contact any of us this week. You can email requests to me at [email protected] or those of you with my cell phone can try me that way but Vegas has that special allure and for very personal reasons, I enjoy my down time there more than anywhere else.

Annette is another I hope to spend some quality time with.

There is always so much to do and so little time to do it that I never get everything done that I want to but I hope to spend some time with people I've met here at Xcritic and online, as well as spend some time with friends and peers from other websites. In short, this is a chance to recharge my porn reviewing batteries so any of you going to the show that want to fuss at me about some perceived slight, update me regarding projects, or even say something nice (it happens more than some of you might think); I will be available the entire show for your input and (hopefully) constructive criticism. 2008 is the year Xcritic will take off in a bunch of all new ways and the emails many of you have sent (virtually all of them positive) will pay off as you help make the website as notable and helpful a source as can be.
