Spotlight Title: My First Porn 8

Houston convinced us to bend the rules a little this week and promote My First Porn
8 as the top title to spotlight weeks before it comes out for the
general public. Typically, such titles are relegated to the sneak peek
section below but it had the kind of staying power brought on by a
combination of humor and heated sex that we wanted to make sure it got
the credit it was due. The series is a spin off from the Digital
Playground series where scammer Jack (played by director Robby D.)
gets women naked and frisky with the promise of music video work. In
this series, he takes it one step further and puts his talents to the
test as he deals with all the usual problems faced by porn directors
from finicky performers, bitchy set owners, flakes, equipment problems
and the myriad of issues that seem to proliferate in the industry. He
makes the most of these situations and the amount of comedy clips seems
in direct proportion to how often the problems impact Jack in real life.
If you are a regular porn fan, the series will be particularly appealing
to you with the cast playing along nicely before engaging in lots of
heated sex. That the series always puts the sex first sure doesn't hurt
either since the fun factor is often off the charts too. I found the
selection of cast to be really solid, their heated sexual antics to
provide serious replay and stroke value, and the technical values to be
better than average as the amounts of fuck for the buck transcended
Robby's usual efforts by offering up over three hours of material. I
would have liked better extras but even a cheapskate like me can see
that the quality AND quantity of My First Porn
8 blew away My First Porn 7 and several of the others in the series,
earning it a rating of Highly Recommended. In short, for a wonderfully
amusing fusion of comedy and heated sex, this was one to look out for.
It took a long time coming but was worth the wait; maybe this would be
an area where DP's newest contributing writer could provide quality
dialogue (ie: see my review of A Jungle
Story) in the future if Nick and Joey are too busy with other projects.

Sneak Peeks: Jack's Playground 35 & Deeper 6: Audrey
Bitoni



While earning the top spot above, we also were lucky enough to score
advanced copies of two other quality titles from Digital
Playground in the form of Jack's Playground
35: Juicy Cheeks Meet Juicy Peaks and Deeper 6: Audrey
Bitoni. In the first, the concept of the series is that Robby plays
the role of an off screen horn dog trying to score with the ladies,
tempting morally loose gals to perform for him in exchange for his
consideration in giving them roles in his music videos. Needless to say,
he never actually directs any videos but the scam dynamic gives him and
his pals access to some of the hottest gals in porn, even those that
only do solo work as a means to keep the viewer guessing as to what will
happen. The other common thread of the series is that it employs a lot
of humor between the sex scenes, using pop up videos, sound effects,
voice-overs and even Montel the talking black dildo as part of the
entertainment package. This time, the company went deep into their
vaults to pull a rabbit out of its collective hat and bring us a scene
that sums up why the movie should sell well in two words; Teagan
Presley. It might not have been as consistently heated as some of the
previous volumes in the series but there was a lot to enjoy here and
fans of the solo acts might find it even better than expected. The scene
starring Teagan will bring in the fans too as she had that youthful look
to her that has matured for a couple of reasons since this shot (though
she still ranks as one of the hottest gals in porn).

The second preview offering of the week was Deeper 6: Audrey
Bitoni. As in previous efforts for this series, the idea is to
showcase a particular lady while still providing some stroke worthy
scenes by a wide array of cunning stunts. Robby tends to avoid the
flavor of the month types in the series since it is typically held in
the vaults longer than average, allowing him the freedom of picking
select women that show more depth sexually than a newcomer could
possibly provide. In this case, he showed off Audrey Bitoni, a gal
rumored to be offered a contract by the company awhile back but
certainly not one of my favorite selections provided in the series. The
company website said it like this: "Deeper 6 takes you deep inside the
lovely and exotic Audrey Bitoni. She captivates the screen in
sensational scenes with Scott Nails and Marco Banderas. Featuring insane
intros, state of the art editing, masterful direction and a delightful
foray of flesh, Deeper 6 will transport you into a world of
scintillating fantasy and powerful, hungry orgasm. Enjoy an all-star
cast that raises more than the temperature in Robby D's latest
adventure. When you're finished, don't forget to check the special
features for the cum-shot recap and a fun behind-the-scenes featurette
with the entire cast!" In all then, the potential amounts of fuck for
the buck were pretty solid so I gave this one my undivided attention
last night, figuring Robby would work his magic to make a decent cast
even better, a factor in much of his work to date. It wasn't the longest
release by the guy in modern times, nor was it his most consistently
heated work, but it did provide sufficient levels of chemistry, replay
value and strokability to give it some good amounts of fuck for the buck
that I look for in a porno.

Highlights of The
Week


Few would rationally argue that Wicked
Pictures is anything but the top feature producer of porn in the
industry these days. As such, they have made a concerted effort to
provide top notch titles using the best technology available including
taking up a role as a leader in the high definition field with such
titles as Mobster's Ball
(HD-DVD). Using a full 1080p resolution, the movie provided a series
of scenes that employ a similar look as the award winning Fuck;
dispensing with most dialogue and plot to allow for a fusion of Brad's
usual hits with his vignette driven titles some fans like even more. The
cast was such that between the contract beauties like Jessica Drake and
Carmen Hart and the outside hotties added in for well needed diversity,
I didn't think he could miss. As the cover put it: "Mob hits. Bank
robbers. The Cotton Club. These are just a few of the things that say
1930's. Award winning director Brad Armstrong gives us a tantalizing,
sensual and erotic glimpse of this time gone by. Anal, three-ways,
orgies, you name it, they're all here. Take a trip down memory lane with
this all-star cast and get off like never before!" If you enjoy the
warmth generated by talented performers having a good time as shot by a
skilled director, you will like this one a whole lot. The replay,
strokability, and levels of fuck for the buck combined with some great
new extras and technical care to make it this good so check it out. As
the company works out the kinks in the HD process, look for more
advances in the look of their movies but this was clearly one to
showcase your new home theatres on until movies like Operation Desert
Stormy and Coming Home arrive on the shelves of your local retailers.

Evil
Angel is another company on top of its game for the kind of quantity
and quality of gonzo porn they provide thrifty consumers with titles
such as the double disc set of Fucked On Sight 2:
Special Extended Set: the sequel to Fucked On Sight 1, where Manuel
engages in a variety of sex acts using a point of view (POV) style with
some of the hottest gals in porn. The five lengthy scenes were all good
or better and the extras were among the best I have seen in recent
months as Manuel clearly tosses down the gauntlet to his gonzo directing
peers in the business. With names like Alexis Texas, Audrey Bitoni,
Chelsie Rae, Marie Luv, Kapri Styles and even Lorena Sanchez in the
extras section; I wondered how Manuel could go wrong here. Thankfully,
he did his usual bang up job of providing sexual antics most raincoaters
will find really heated, albeit with some technical issues plaguing the
lighting at times. Clocking in at just under 6 hours of smut, you might
not leave your house for a very long time with this one given the levels
of replay value it provided. It had a lot to really like in terms of
replay value, strokability, and fuck for the buck in the movie itself
and the solid, world class extras he provided consumers. It is always
nice to see a director show he cares and the casting of such a wonderful
selection of ladies simply added to the heated and passionate sexual
conduct they engaged in. I rated the double disc set as Highly
Recommended based on the positive elements described above and could
have gone higher if the technical matters were better (anamorphic
widescreen, better lighting without all the color variations) but in
terms of capturing the raw energy and passion of the ladies, it was a
major contender for superior status.

Platinum
X Pictures is another studio that gonzo fans pay close attention to
thanks to titles like Cock Craving
Cuties 3; a series of five generic gonzo scenes full of tease, oral
and vaginal sex, a bit of anal in one scene tossed in for good measure.
Given the casting of gals like Bree Olson, Desiree Diamond, and Fayth
DeLuca, I figured it might be worth checking out so I grabbed a copy to
review last week and found it to have some quality action worth stroking
to. The BTS and technical values added some value to the show and I
didn't think any of the scenes were completely filler in nature, making
the replay, strokability, and amounts of fuck for the buck found in Cock
Craving Cuties 3 to generate a fair amount of heat you should
appreciate. Director Claudio Meloni might not be on top of his game just
yet but he did a decent job here, showing we should expect more from him
in the future. If he can elicit such performances from a cast of
newcomers like this, imagine what he might be capable of doing with some
of the seasoned talents on the market today.

Lovely reviewer Ravyn went on a
tear this week to provide a look at a plethora of pussy in the form of
four worthy candidates such as Brat School:
Running a school for spoiled brats and just plain naughty girls
shouldn't be that hard for one person. Then again one would think twice
for the Head Mistress Adriana Anelise has more than her hands full with
the incoming class of female who have broken the law and sentenced to 90
days at the school. With Tommy Gunn as the head of the School one does
wonder which of these ladies ends up in his bed for some extra-circular
activities. Brat School is one of those school girl titles that all men
love to indulge their secret fantasies with. With a cast of very sexy
and exotic looking ladies it would be hard for any man not to get wood.
I guess the turn on is the school uniform being as short as some girls

across with the cast of beautiful and exotic women. Each of these
beauties brought their own energetic passion to the scene; Hardcore Vault
5: Cum Dumpsters An out-of-control fuck fest with loads & loads of

As for the sex and chemistry with the couples, some held back while
others were really on the mark. Sub-Urban Sex is a fun couples movie
that can be enjoyed by first timers watching porn. I definitely
Recommend it as something to watch with your girlfriend or spouse; and The Contractor
2: Rod Fontana has a dream of a brand new summer house over on North
Chatsworth. Having all the paper work in order her hires Carmen and her
crew to build his dream house. As the movie opens you have Carmen and
her crew on the site talking with Rod about the job. There are a few
memorable lines that were funny, two very funny lines "My Boyfriend left
me for some porn star name Carmen in Scene 1 right after Carmen smacks
Taylor's ass and tells Tyler to stop sulking. In Scene two Evan seems to
be having a hard time pronouncing his assistants name Pierre Peon played
by Jean Val Jean with out laughing. The Contractor #2 has a very
interesting script with Tommy in the thick of things. Even Rod has a
great time with Aline before the shoot. If contractors looked as good as
they did in this title in real life I doubt any work would actually get
done at all. With everything they had to go through to get the work
permit taking away from them and the crazy antics before and after the
sex this is definitely one that you would have to add to your collection
especially if you are fans of both Carmen and Ava.

We then go to the kinky side of porn with Crude Oil 2: a
title where ladies of all types were given the formula of oiling up
their bodies during tease before doing interracial with a number of
black performing males. Interracial gonzo is popular enough to support
decent sales and I have long appreciated oil used in porn (Elegant Angel
making it one of their signature niches of late) so I can admit that I
liked the premise and how it was handled here more than a little bit in
the six scenes. The back cover said it like this: "Real crude oil is
used to fuel cars, warm houses, and supply energy -- our Crude Oil just
fuels these crazy bitches sex drives and keeps their snatches smoldering
hot! These horny whores will do anything to get their pussies and asses
pumped full of liquid black gold! With gas prices at an all-time high,
get your supply of the oil that lubricates your pleasure rod instead of
draining your wallet! Watch as oily whores get drilled and blanketed
with slick black semen!" It had some excellent scenes and some that were
merely good but they averaged out to a rating of Recommended thanks in
large part to the selection of ladies, the heated performances some of
them gave, the amount of strokability and replay value, and the overall
levels of fuck for the buck. In short, Crude Oil 2 might not have been
as consistently heated as Crude Oil 1 but it was well worth your time,
money, and seed.

Mustard found a duo of delights with Porn Valley:
is the story of a woman who despises porn and everything it stands for
until she gets involved in the mysterious and often misunderstood
industry. Lovely Asian model and covergirl, Kaylani Lei plays the
starring role and stars in two of the six sex scenes on the DVD, and in
the bonus scene. In the past I have enjoyed the work of Michael Ninn and
Kaylani, and am looking forward to see if they can keep their steak of
hot sizzling couple friendly porn alive. Wicked Pictures has continued
their commitment to making high end couple friendly flicks, and showing
the world that hot sex can include the use of a condom. This story line
might be a little preachy, but it is entertaining. The notion of "porn
with a message' still might be a few generations off, but it provides
some reasonable entertainment in between watching some of the hottest
adult film stars on the plant fuck for our amusement; and MVP Carmen: a
collection of ten of Carmen's sex scenes from Wicked. For those who
haven't been paying attention, Carmen Hart is a spectacularly hot
brunette with a wonderful body and the big beautiful eyes that can
hypnotize the strongest of men. Prior to this DVD, I hadn't seen a whole
lot of Carmen Hart's work. I now feel as though I was missing out on the
early stages of the career that is surly headed for super star status.
MVP: Carmen is compelling evidence that Carmen Hart is truly a Most
Valuable Porn Star. I must Recommended this DVD to acclimate yourself
with Carmen's up and coming rise to the top of the jizz biz.

In porn, becoming an extreme queen almost always puts a woman on the
cutting edge of acceptable sexual behavior and despite various
prosecutions across the country for wild porn, Evil
Angel stands by the nasty but heated anal antics of their favorite
female director when she makes movies like Belladonna:
Manhandled 2: Special Edition: a series of six scenes that show a
lot of role playing involving domination to go with her rough sex
antics. While Bella was only in two of the scenes, the mood she set as
the director permeated the other scenes too, giving them a similar
dynamic for her fans to enjoy, especially considering the excellent
casting that went into the selection of the women. It had exactly what
you would expect from one of her movies, the double disc providing
substantial amounts of fuck for the buck, replay value, and strokability
to merit a rating of at least Recommended. I would have rated it higher
but the technical matters were a bit limiting and the BTS was largely
limited to interviews in most cases, though most of the scenes were
solid in terms of what was expected. In short, Manhandled 2: Special
Extended Set was not the type of porno I would suggest for couples or
the squeamish but it was not her hardest title to date either so it
might prove more accessible to those of you not needing quite as much
nasty rough stuff than what Bella is used to providing.

Esteemed reviewer Namrufmot told us
he would be working extra hard (pun intended) to provide a wide array of
cunning stunts with titles such as The Girls of
Barely 18: Sin City opened the vaults to throw together a collection
of scenes from previous Barely 18 titles. These scenes do appear to be
edited down from their full-length originals. You do get a total of ten
scenes ranging in length from twelve to fifteen minutes. The technical
quality might not be the best, there aren't tons of extras, but they do
provide some of the hottest young girls around; My Sister's Hot
Friend 8: When I was watching this DVD for the first time it felt
very average to me. Then as I was typing this review I started to
realize that there are many enjoyable scenes. Sure the lack of extras
really hurts its rating, but it still might be worth picking up on sale; Pick Up
Chicks: New Sensations is trying to get a piece of the "reality"
market. While it may not be as good, or as funny, as the popular BangBus
series I still found it enjoyable; It's Huge! 9:
Starring some of the hottest girls you'll ever, the action on this DVD
will definitely hold up to repeated viewings. When you also consider the
plethora of extras (don't forget the bonus scene!) you also have a DVD
that provides plenty of value. With so much going for it, I would
definitely recommend you consider adding this title to your collection; Late Night Hookups
1: I'll admit that when I first started to watch this title I
thought it was going to be lame. I was pleasantly surprised though and
in the end I wound up enjoying it. The girls are all very amateurish and
really enjoyed performing on camera. If you're in the market for a new
amateur DVD be sure to give Late Night Hookups some careful
consideration; and Bachelor Party
Fuckfest 4: If you can't tell by reading my review I found this DVD
to be surprisingly entertaining. Breaking the mold from your typical
Adult DVD, Bachelor Party Fuckfest 2 tries to get a piece of the "home
video" genre. If you've seen Seymore Butts titles in the past or are
just looking for something a little different I suggest checking this
title out.

Harsh titles sometimes have a way of drawing attention so it came as a
surprise to Don that Be My Bitch 3
offered such a variety of lesbian sexual exploits: the sequel to Be My
Bitch 1, showing his ability to showcase lesbian scenes of all types
(and pretty nicely at that). The five scenes showed a variety of
dynamics from a D/s scene to a light lipstick lesbian act to a host of
acts in between; some employing a lot of toys and others largely
forgoing them in favor of sensual touches. As a fan of this kind of
thing, I enjoyed four of the scenes a bunch with only one clunker in
sight. It will appeal primarily to fans of lesbian action, some of the
scenes catering to more realistic female pairings than others. The
prolific use of toys and even some anal action gave the diverse cast of
hotties extra appeal and I figured it earned a rating of Recommended for
the replay value, strokability, and amounts of lesbian fuck for the
buck. In short, Be My Bitch 3
showed a completely different take on the concept than Be My Bitch 1
(which was directed by Jake Malone; widely known for his abusive take on
female sexuality), making it a nice change of pace from the circus act
lesbian antics some directors feel the need to showcase.

Talented reviewer Kobiata then gave
us his take on a few top titles with The Private Life
of Maria Bellucci: the latest compilation in the popular Private
Life of... series. The gorgeous Hungarian has graced the blue screen
and pages of Private for around ten years. Maria is not the
one-dimensional pornstar since she has been a chameleon changing her
looks from film to film whether it's from the sleek short hair to the
long glamorous look. The one thing that doesn't change is her sexual
appetite as seen by her on-screen performances. Like other volumes of
this compilation series, we get an "intimate" look of pornstars. I was a
bit disappointed that some of her scenes from PRIVATE'S vignette series
were not included. However, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this DVD. Maria is a
consummate professional who has churned out great scenes for about a
decade and she probably will continue to do since she has recently
starred in several American productions; and Sex City: The
Trilogy: the three volumes of the Sex
City series that uses photographic tricks to copy the mainstream
Sin City release with porn acting. Let me say that I have watched
a great deal of Woodman videos starting from his early days at PRIVATE,
to his stay at Hustler, to his return to PRIVATE, and to the current
status as head of his own production company. Hands down . . . the Sex
City Trilogy is Woodman's best work-to-date! This is not based on the
sex alone because arguably all his movies whether it's a gangbang,
lesbian, threesome, or simple one-on-one action are HOT, but it's based
on the multilayered plot that actually is pleasing to watch!
Furthermore, even the voice dubbing isn't much of a distraction. For me,
it doesn't matter if he took his inspiration from Robert Rodriguez's
movie "Sin City" because the trilogy is just amazing!

Vouyer
Media is another wildly successful gonzo company that relies largely
on finding the freshest newcomers in porn to work their wonders instead
of the dried up old timers some of you hate so much. Their latest effort
is 2 in the
Chamber: a movie where all the ladies took a double vaginal
penetration (two cocks in the pussy at once) for those who like seeing
two unprotected penises rubbing together inside a pussy. Like most
titles at the company these days, the cast of ladies was full of
newcomers from all over the country, some of them very easy on the eyes
and others very sexually skilled. If you like this type of action, the
quality inherent at Vouyer Media was plainly in evidence so you really
can't go wrong as a raincoater. It was easily worth a rating of
Recommended for the amount of replay value, strokability, and truth in
advertising as bolstered by the high levels of fuck for the buck but it
certainly won't be for everyone. The technical values were very high end
and the extras managed to put many other gonzo companies to shame so
check this one out if you appreciate the gonzo niche as much as the
majority of the market appears to do these days. Some of the sex was on
the rough side and using newcomers almost always means there are a lot
of rough edges in their performances (which you may like a lot for that
matter) but like many other releases at the company, you get what you
pay for and more with 2 in the
Chamber so I think Donnie may pick up some new followers based on
this one.

One of our newest reviewers, Sawyer N Derwear,
proved to have the right stuff with his look at Tug Jobs 12:
is a collection of eight scenes, averaging about ten minutes each (a
good length; not overly long), in which the girl gives a handjob as all
or most of the action. In several of the scenes, there is also some
preliminary posing and cursory interviewing. The BangBros. logo appears
between the end of each scene and the beginning of the next. In the
opening of each scene, credits for director and editor are superimposed
on the action. Directors' styles do differ a bit. I like handjobs a lot,
so this movie appealed to me despite the downsides. I think most people
who share that interest will be pleased. Having said that, there's not a
lot of erotic content for heterosexual females to watch. A cock getting
hard and coming (as good as that may be) is about it, since his body
isn't visible. That may leave it out of the realm of "couples video."

The Bang Brothers were also responsible for Public Invasion
4: the dynamic followed the same path as previous volumes as
director Robert Rosenberg would approach cute ladies in public places,
get them to flash for cash, and then have sex in the open nearby. Much
of the tease footage seemed realistic and unscripted; the sex lasting
only as long as he could hold out with these typically heated cuties. If
that sounds good to you, you might find this latest release from the
company to be a cut above the pack of gonzo that gets boring after
awhile. It earned a rating of Recommended for the totality of the
package offered up. The women in this volume looked hotter than those
from earlier volumes in the series and showed some chemistry with the
director as he got them to show the world what they had to offer for
some cash on the spot; the sex almost incidental to the fun for anyone
but Robert and the ladies. The replay value on such scenes tends to be
higher since they do not appear as fake as most porn though I realize
this is an illusion too, making Public Invasion 4 even more enjoyable
than Public Invasion 1, Public Invasion 2, and Public Invasion 3 in some
ways. I hope to see what else Robert comes up with in the future or if
he starts shooting for DVD instead of compiling scenes from the company
website for these sets as offered but either way, he showed his jovial
sense of humor to be a nice alternative to the hardcore abuse porn
proliferating these days.

Good found a lot to like in Asses of Face
Destruction 2: Who do you go to for ass to face video? Buttman would
be my first guess. It's like the medieval days, when you went to someone
named Shoemaker for shoes or Blacksmith for horseshoes, anvils, and,
well, whatever ever else a blacksmith does. Listed as a "Buttman
Magazine Choice" Asses of Face Destruction 2 promises to deliver pure
face to crotch pandemonium. And since the box says these were hand
picked by Buttman himself, I've got no choice but to go on his
recommendation. I'll admit, this is the first full-length face sitting
flick I've seen. It's not a genre that's ever stumbled my way, so accept
my words as a newbie to the act. But from the start it's obvious that
the key to a successful, or at least a good, ass to face flick, is that
the girl has to be deeply enthusiastic. If they just sit like a frog on
a log, that's something I can see in a Tom Green movie. So the girls
have to really work their asses off, literally and the more into it they
are, the better the footage. I did enjoy that the men had no control or
say about what happened. This isn't really a dominance flick, in the
since that the men are told to do certain things--although they are
directed occasionally. This is really just, "lie there buddy and I'm
going to fuck your face." It's that simple. There is no ejaculation, no
typical 'sex' but occasional a dick is smacked or given a quick lick.
Some scenes were far stronger than others, and for the reasons I noted
above. Mia and Tory are the discs stellar bookends, with Tory shining at
the end in a jealousy-inducing performance.

One of our top reviewers, The Mooninite,
then gave us a look at both old and new with a series of reviews
dedicated to those on the cutting edge such as his look at Taboo 3, Taboo 4, and Taboo 5, where
he commented that: "A definite improvement over the second film in the
series, Taboo III puts sultry and voluptuous Kay Parker back at the top
of her kinky and incestuous game. The plot is interesting, the
performances better than average, and the sex steamy enough to matter. A
commentary likes the ones provided on the first two films in the series
would have been most welcome but at least the movie looks and sounds
good. Fans of vintage smut and of the lovely Kay Parker can consider
this one recommended", "With a great cast of late seventies and early
eighties fuck film superstars and a surprisingly decent plot, Taboo IV:
The Younger Generation may have its feet firmly cemented in the early
eighties but never the less proves to be a reasonably intelligent and
fairly erotic film", and "The fifth film in the series continues to deal
with the strange incestuous themes that made the series famous in the
first place. The production values remain strong and the script is
interesting and reasonably intelligent. The cast is strong and the sex
is hot even if Kay Parker is missed"; before moving on to contemporary
titles like Naughty Book Worms
8: is targeted to a pretty specific segment - those who like natural
girls in glasses (three of the five girls keeps her glasses on for her
entire scene) and who also enjoy the fantasy of a teacher coercing a
student into sex in order to boost grades or win favor. We all heard
stories in high school or in college, most of which turned out to be
bullshit, about how so-and-so had slept with one of her teachers to
pass, and this disc takes that premise and turns it into a document of
those exploits. It's a bit repetitive but the girls all have a natural
appeal and a nice innocent look to them. That said, they also fuck like
champs and look good doing it; and ending with Joanna Angel's Alt
Corruption: Joanna Angel has made a few solid films for VCA who have
had her under contract for a while now. Never hesitant to cash in, the
house that Larry Flynt built has released a 'best of' compilation of
Joanna's best scenes for the company. A nice selection of Joanna's best
VCA scenes, Alt Corruption provides absolutely nothing new to anyone who
already owns those individual discs but works well as a nice compilation
of some of her hotter contract scenes.

We end this week's look at the best titles with a nod to reviewer Felix Vasquez Jr.
and his appreciation for Mommy Fucks Best
2: "If it ain't Red, it Ain't Real," boasts a small circular window
that eerily resembles a glory hole on the back of the "Mommy Fucks Best
2" box. This is some sort of seal of approval that if the back of your
porno disc is red, then it surely is a Platinum X official release.
Trust me, Platinum X, when people are shopping for porn, no one really
cares if it's an official release or not, they just want porn. They'll
get it out of the back of a blue jeep from a five foot Mexican named
Pablo if they have to. You have to appreciate Platinum X's willingness
to prove that their product is one of a kind though, as "Mommy Fucks
Best 2" is probably one of the better MILF porno movies I've seen in a
while at almost three hours long! With that ambitious run time, you'd
better serve me one hell of a good porno, and Francesca doesn't let me
down. Though there are some moments where the movie can tend to be
repetitive, along with Victoria Valentino's pretty lack luster segment,
"Mommy Fucks Best 2" has plenty of replay value with some excellent
segments of gorgeous older women engaging in vicious fucking, and I had
a blast. There are some interesting extras, great picture, and of course
the memories of watching the beautiful Kayla Synz.

Women and Porn Today: Both Sides of the
Camera Part 2: Syren De Mer

As luck would have it people come across your path through someone else.
In my previous interview with Nico Stallone, I spoke with Syren De Mer
who worked with him and spoke very highly of the studly guy. I had the
pleasure of speaking with her about her work and her POV about the adult
industry. Syren who has worked with different companies looks up to the
Goddess of Porn Vanessa Del
Rio and hopes to be as well known as Vanessa is. Syren stated that
she enjoys being in front of the camera and will continue to do so. With
her husband at the helm she has the utmost faith in him. As I spoke with
her on the phone , a very energetic woman with so much life in her that
kind of reminded me of the energizer bunny. She would have to have all
that energy being a mom to two girls and also working a regular job as
well. As she puts it, " she keeps a very normal life for her family".
Syren spoke of the love for the industry and the men she has worked
with. She is good friends with Lexi Carrington who is known as the
worlds famous MILF to date. Through out our conversation Syren shed
light about the adult industry and the ups and downs of it. I also asked
her if she will be working with Nico Stallone
again and she cant wait to work with him again.

Syren's Bio:
She was born in a small town in Washington State. Then moved to the
teeming metropolis of Seattle after high school and started college at
the Art Institute of Seattle, where she got her degree in photography.
She began modeling around the age of 19, and has been doing it ever
since. Syren met and married Andre Darque Photographer and
Producer/Director. He was deeply involved in the Alternative BDSM type
lifestyles and she found a love for the lifestyle. From there she
branched into the swinging lifestyles, having done at last count, some
40 plus gang bangs, varying from 3 to 18 guys. Six years ago she was
asked if she wanted to sell some of her photos or if she made videos, at
that time she said no she didn't do videos. Eventually things changed.
She started doing private adult photo shoots for their own public
galleries. In January of 2005 her first website was launched
(http://www.SinfulSyren.Com) and she entered the main stream adult
industry. In July of 2006 she signed with Lighthouse Talent owned by
Seymore Butts. Syren took time out of her super busy schedule to answer
a few questions for X Critic.:

1-How do you feel about the future plan to change the age limit?
I really don't have a view on this. Personally, it really doesn't affect
me, so I haven't paid too much attention to it. As shallow as that
sounds.(LOL) I don't personally shoot anyone as a company, and I work
with who I'm told so they figure that all out before the shoot. There
are benefits to both sides, being under and over 21. Overall though, I
can't see any drastic changes that will come about to the industry if
they change this.

2-What changes if any have you seen in the adult industry?
What sort of changes are you looking for here? Legal -2257? The upsurge
of MILF movies, Interracial's tremendous upswing or anal sex's upswing?
Those are all just trends other then the changes to the laws, and will
pass like fashion changes do.

3- What was your first porn title and where you up for the challenges
you faced, was it what you thought it would be?
Actually my very first ever porn title was "East Meets West, Syren
Gobbles the Web Guys" starring myself, Richard Mann, Danny Blaq and Lil
Freak, aka Freaky out of NY city. It was produced by my husband's
company and it was a blast. I still get requests for that particular
video to this day. It actually was a lot easier then I figured. Having
been a swinger for so long, and hosting my own gang bangs, it really
wasn't any different than anything else I'd done, it just had a video
camera present, and I was use to that too as most of the gang bangs I've
ever done have been at least photographed..

4-What do you feel is the major attraction that draws in young women
to become adult performers?
The easy money. Where else can an 18 or 19 year old girl work for a few
hours and make $750-$1000?

5-What is an average day for you?
LOL An average "porn day" or just an average "Everyday". An average
every day, is getting up, getting the kids off to school, maybe working
my part time "non porn" job and spending time with my husband. The
average "porn day" is getting up, map questing the shoot location, and
getting to the shoot on time. Getting hair and makeup done, flirting
with the producers, directors, co stars, shooting through the stills,
teaser, and then the actual scene. Clean up, and on to the next
appearance or going back home to Seattle.

6- Do you see yourself eventually being behind the camera producing
and directing your own line of adult films?
Oh no, that's my husband's job...LOL. I'll always be in front. I have a
degree in photography, but, the allure of being behind the camera wore
off long ago. It's just too much fun being in "front" of the camera.
Maybe as I get older, I'll go back behind the "Still" camera, but I have
no interest in ever working on the video side of it other than editing,
that is a lot of fun.

7-Out of all the male performers you have worked with, you have you
enjoyed working with most?
That's a loaded question, every guy is different and have their strong
points. I don't think I could pick just one who was the "best to work
with". I think the one that was the most fun, was shooting again with an
old friend, Richard Mann, after not seeing him for 18 months.

8-Should the industry demand stricter testing for STD's as they do
for HIV/AIDS?
Well so far they are very strict on more than Just HIV/AIDS, they also
require Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia for sure, Syphilis at least every six
months, etc. I will not work with anyone that isn't at least tested for
those.

9- Are you for or against condom use?
Depends on the situation. Personally I prefer no condoms. But if it
makes the talent more comfortable, and produces a better scene, then by
all means use them.

10-With all the new female talent arising just about every day, how
do you think that is going to affect you ?
LOL Well it's always been a very competitive market. But I fit into the
MILF or "Booty" market very well, and for my AGE, I can't see the
upsurge of talent restricting my work opportunities as much as say a 25
year old.

11- What advice do you have for those who are considering working in
porn?
Be confident in yourself, your body, firm in what you will and won't do,
don't let yourself be taken advantage of. Go through an agency, it's
really hard to get work as an independent unless you have something that
really makes you stand out. It's a LOT of hard work, it's not ALL fun
and games, it is VERY fun and the people are some of the most open
minded and friendly people you'll ever meet, but like any other
profession, they expect good results, so there is a lot of attention to
detail involved.

12- Do you enjoy the inter-racial work that you do?
I enjoy all the work I do, whether it's interracial or not. Every man,
ethnicity not withstanding performs differently. It's the guy that makes
the scene enjoyable.

13- Does working in porn put a strain on your marriage or is your
husband very supportive of your work?
LMAO Who do you think got me into the industry...My husband. He is very
supportive and if anything it's made our sex life more kinky!!! Not that
it was vanilla before, LOL, but now it's definitely even better!!! He
loves hearing about my trips every time I get back, and watching the
videos when they come out.

14-How do you manage to keep the industry life away from your
children. ?
Keeping the industry life from my children is easy enough (right now)
because they are still young. They know I fly on a plane to have my
pictures taken and that's the extent of their knowledge. As they get
older, and more curious, then we start restricting their access to our
computers and the internet with honest reasons why. When they turn 18,
then they will get to know and see anything they want.

15-You have been in the industry from what I have read 6 yrs now?
No, Actually I have been modeling regular and adult for about 19,
mainstream industry 2.5 and the 6 years you mentioned counts 3.5 years
in the local swinging/bdsm community before I went mainstream.

16- So then you have worked with alot of the old school adult
performers?
By "Old Schoolers" do you mean Ron Jeremy (Played with him a few times,
but never worked with him) , Lynn Lemay, and Vanessa Del Rio, etc? Well
No, not really, I've worked FOR Lynn Lemay on one of her productions,
but the majority of my adult work before going mainstream was in the
still genre for photographers.

17- Who in the adult industry has impressed you the most?
They all have their strong points. I think as cliché as it sounds, Ron
Jeremy and while I haven't met her in person yet, just online, Nessa.
Lynn Lemay I've worked for and She was amazing too. I was in Malibu Moms
2 with Lynn, She Said she wanted me back me back for one or two more
appearances in the future. Vanessa is amazing. I only hope I can be that
successful one day.

18-What are you working on now?
Actually almost everything I've done recently is out now, there are two,
one from Justin Slayer and one from Acid Rain that should be released
soon, and I will be back down in California the first part of August to
shoot again.

19- Why the big difference though in pay rate between the different
coast?
Because California is the Mecca of the adult industry and that's where
the BIG companies with the BIG budgets are. There aren't many companies
on the east coast with the financial backing they have in California so
they have to pay what they can to get the best talent they can.
Unfortunately, not a lot of girls from the west coast will go to the
east coast and take the pay cut, but a lot of the girls from the east
coast love to go to the west coast and get the pay raise!

20- Do you feel that seasoned performers the men and women in the
industry should get paid the same rate?
All of our income is based on our previous experience, it doesn't matter
what type of career you have. So with that in mind, then no. I think the
seasoned performers should make more than the new ones. They know what
to expect and what is expected of them, and there is a lesser chance of
them being camera shy, for example. Plus their acting abilities will
probably be more realistic, thus, those videos might be more profitable.
