Seth Takes Us All To Wicked's The Red Room

Gamma contract performer Seth Gamble has made his directorial debut for Wicked Pictures. The Red Room was produced by AVN Hall of Famer Axel Braun and stars AVN Female Performer of the Year Emily Willis, Aidra Fox, Lena Paul  and Kenna James. Gamble performs in all three scenes and there is a whole lot of great sex happening in this. Here's what Gamble had to say about the movie and what else is going on in his world!

Hello, Seth! How are you doing? How are things?
"Hello, Fleshbot! Things are good I’m good, just living in gratitude and excited to talk about The Red Room."

Congrats on making your directorial debut for Wicked Pictures! How does it feel seeing The Red Room out there in the world?
"Thank you very much. I’m very grateful and excited to see it out in the world. It’s surreal and I have Axel Braun to thank as well as Dominic from Gamma for allowing me the opportunity to debut with a brand like Wicked that I’ve had such a long, amazing history with."

What inspired the concept behind The Red Room? Where is this room?

"What inspired The Red Room was I have been aspiring to direct for a very long time and I’ve had a lot of creative ideas. I’m a firm believer in timing and Axel and I were just talking and one of the ideas I’ve always wanted to do was combine gonzo sex with a storyline but in a visual way. The first thing we discussed when starting this project The Red Room was to give it a specific aesthetic which was unique to a production that was mine. I wanted something that popped out. There is something very sexy and erotic about visually using red. Also I find it to bring a sense of urgency which I feel comes off well to the concept I had for this series. I’ve been in the adult industry for 15 years and something I’ve always noticed was there weren’t projects from my experience that offered you the enthrallment of a storyline and the visceral nature of gonzo style sex. It’s usually one or the other. Usually a feature consists of a storyline followed by voyeuristically shot sex. This is with good reason as with storylines you want to be able to visualize the characters you're watching enthralled as actors and continue with those characters during the sex without breaking the fourth wall. With gonzo style you get that visceral real sex in your face that in my opinion, I wish there was more of when it came to storyline movies. So for this project, I combined the two. I also performed in all three scenes in this. I've also been known for my ability to play characters and my ability as a performer. I've felt that my acting has always superseded the latter and the perspective that that is my main focus. I truly love performing and giving passionate powerful sex scenes This is equally as important to me and this gave me the platform to show that as well. I figured a way to do visual acting and storylines where it makes sense to break the fourth wall so the viewers can get the best of both worlds. LOL, where is the Red Room?? It is in undisclosed location where women feel empowered, horny and sexy. ;)"

AVN Female Performer of the Year Emily Willis appears in the first scene in this. What about her performances really impresses you the most?
"There is so much to say. Emily Willis has IT in every way and that is a huge reason she is Female Performer of the Year. I also have the same passion to give everything I have to be the best performer I can be as well as everything I put my mind to and to see that in Emily is not only refreshing but amazing. I also have always felt our scenes together always bring an energy that comes off the screen. Moreover, directing her was the easiest thing to do. She listens and does everything she can to give the performance necessary and it made my first scene directed such a smooth flawless day."

What inspired your casting in the rest of the movie?
"CHEMISTRY!!!! Aidra Fox, Lena Paul and Kenna James are also three performers who give nothing but epic performances from my experience and they did just that in this film and the chemistry is different and powerful with each one of them. I’m so grateful they agreed to be in my debut film."

How does it feel being a Wicked director at this point in your career?

"It’s absolutely surreal, it’s a dream come true and it honestly is all due to Axel Braun seeing it before I did. He’s always had faith in me in all areas in my career and was willing to take the chance on me to make this happen."

How has being a Gamma contract star been for you so far?

"I love it! I can be myself and they give me the freedom to be creative and their standard of production is the best. I can’t be more grateful for the whole company and everyone here."

What makes you happiest these days? What always makes you smile?

"To be honest, it changes all the time but spending time with my wife Kenzie Taylor, my sobriety community and helping others, my friends I connect with, getting to live in Hawaii for a time and having that experience and just enjoying the journey."

What else is coming up for you? What should your fans be on the look out for?

"I have a feature releasing soon from Wicked I star in that I think fans will love, a new release with Evil Angel with Jane Wilde and Zac Wild which is a DP/DVP/DAP, another anal scene with Paige Owens for the great Chris Streams and much, much more."
