PinkLabel.TV Hosted A Mini BDSM Film Festival With Live Commentary

Five short films exploring different aspects of BDSM!

Last night, I attended another of PinkLabel.tv's virtual film screenings. This featured five short films with commentary from Shine Louise Houston and Ajaporn. In case you missed it, here’s my take on them, with my favorites first, although I enjoyed each one for its unique qualities and take on the kinks that it explores. It wasn’t quite Mystery Porno Theater this time, the commentary was a bit more serious but interesting to listen to and I didn’t find it intrusive.

“It's My Party and I’ll fly if I Want To” stars Morgana Muses, a woman who is turning 50 and decides to give herself an amazing gift of art and sensuality and rope to help enhance her self-confidence and celebrate herself. She has commissioned a rope artist named Garth Knight to use red yellow and orange ropes to rig an amazing artistic rope bondage suspension piece of a phoenix. Morgana shows off her phoenix tattoo as well as some sick eye makeup to match the theme and a feathered headdress to top it all off. We see her progress getting into the piece and her rigger talks about his process as well. She has hot red wax poured on her tits and even gets to blow out the candle on a birthday cupcake. I found this one very inspiring and so much fun.

“Amber”, which carries a content warning due to its intensity is an amazing piece that I enjoyed because it's the kind of play that I resonate very heavily with. There's some rough body play as well as edge play with knives as well as consensual non-consent type of vibes. Bottom Gala Vanting is put through quite the cathartic scene by her top Frank Ly. What looks to the outsider like casual cruelty is actually a form of helping the bottom through some difficulties by allowing them to release their emotions in a safe and consensual space.

“Breathe” starring Jasko Fide as the bottom and Sadie Lune topping the fuck out of her. I can see why this won the award for ‘Best BDSM Scene’ at the 2017 Toronto International Porn Festival. "Trimming the Wick" is a lovely little six minute confection starring Bishop Black and Sadie Lune in a wax play scene with a very strong witchy flavor to it which is something I always appreciate. Sadie pours wax all over Bishop and he really seems to enjoy the sensual feeling and the smidgen of pain on his muscular hairless body with the room lit only by candlelight. Things get a little more intense once the wax starts going on certain areas but he enjoys it all the same.

“The Black Glove” is an older piece from 1996 starring Maria Beatty and Mistress Morgana in a film noir fetish black and white artistic kink film. It's probably going to be a hit with those that are into ASMR because of some of the sounds are very similar to the kind used in ASMR videos. There is a lot here even though there's not a lot of dialogue there is excellent use of light and shadow, some killer fetish wear, and excellent chemistry between the top and bottom. There's waxing and clamps and impact play and many sensual elements to enhance the gorgeous visuals.
