Checking In with AVN Male Performer of the Year Small Hands

AVN Male Performer of the Year/Brazzers contract star Small Hands has a brand new EP out. Under the name of Empty Streets, the EP titled Demons is a beautiful listen. Here's what Hands had to say about his music and about his world.

Hello! How are you doing? How are things in your world at present?

"Things are interesting! Been recovering from disk replacement surgery in my neck;they slit the front of my throat to go in so it was pretty intense! Overall recovery is going well! I can even sing (softly) a bit again!"

So congrats on the release of your new EP Demons.What is it like having that new music out there?

"Thanks! It’s awesome! Been years since I’ve 'officially' released anything so this is exciting!"

What made you decide to create this? How long has Empty Streets been a project of yours?

"Empty Streets has been around in some form for about 15 years or so actually, as a pseudonym when I wanted to record “solo” material outside of whatever bands I was in at the time. So although this is the first official release there’s many other songs and demos I’ve thrown up over the years. I decided it was time to make an official record because my career in porn, while charmed and amazing, had taken me away from my first love and career: music. I created this record solo for a new challenge as well as it being logistically (and egotistically) easier and more efficient. *For the record< I have no desire to leave porn, just a strong desire to include music again to my 'resume' simultaneously."

Could you tell your readers a bit about your musical past? This certainly is not your first musical outing and your punk band The Stranger's Six was pretty awesome.

"Thanks! Most notably , Other than being the vocalist/frontman for The Stranger’s Six, I played bass for seminal pop punk band Fenix TX for a couple years, mainly European tours. It was a BLAST! I’ve also played in many many local San Diego bands, where I’m from."

Another congrats to you on being a Brazzers contract star! What do you love most about being with the company?

"FREE MERCH BABYYYY!!!! Ha ha! They’ve all been really great to me. I’m super happy to be there!"

What has been the coolest thing out of being Male Performer of the Year? What do you value the most about the experience?

"Coolest thing has been just being able to live this charmed life, I try not to take it for granted or take that title too seriously. Like I’ve said since day one, it’s an honor and a pleasure just to be at the party. I’ve got great memories from that night I’ll have forever."

I hope that you and your loved ones have been staying safe and healthy through the pandemic. How do you think that COVID-19 will change the industry in the long run?

"No. Clue. I hope someone figures it out!"

What would you like readers to consider most on the subject of the upcoming election?

"Make informed decisions based on facts, science, Love and reason - that will hopefully shape the world into a place you’d like to be in."

What else is coming up for you? What should your fans be on the lookout for?

"At some point, I’m gonna shoot a music video or two so definitely be on the lookout for that! And whenever the world makes sense again, I can’t wait to go back on set and make some MORE PORN!"

Is there anything that you would like to say to your fans here at Fleshbot?

"Thanks for always supporting me in all that I do, whether my clothes are on or off!"
