“So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish” by A Perfect Circle: I really enjoy how this song is both upbeat but they are also talking about super heavy real life issues. A Perfect Circle is just so talented at writing songs about serious issues and framing them in an entertaining catchy way. I recommend the whole album.

“Leave Out All the Rest” by Linkin Park: I love all of Linkin Park’s music but this song just shakes me to my core. The lyrics and the desperation in Chester's voice are simply amazing.

“New York State of Mind” by Billy Joel: This is my go-to karaoke song. I very much enjoy turning this song on and belting it out at the top of my lungs.

“Lights” by Journey: This song helped me deal with a part of my life that was very difficult, really all of Journey's music did. I have memorized all the words and was blessed to see them perform it live.
