What's this movie about? If it really matters to you to know, then fine.  You Go To My Head takes place after a  car crash in the Sahara desert leaves Delfine Bafort with amnesia. She doesn't know who she is or who this man is who claims to be her husband. Spoiler alert: he might not actually be her real husband. But who could blame this man for tricking her? Anyone would want the statuesque Delfine to be their spouse.
