Chad Kinda Rules
Veteran performer Chad Alva is just one of the coolest male performers out there and he is an extremely versatile, smart and engaging presence in everything he is in. I always check out what he is up to when I see he's in a movie, like this one--Sweet Sinner/Mile High Media's "The Hot Wives 3" directed by Jacky St. James where he pleasures lucky Silvia Saige. Get to know Alva here.
What kind of guy were you back in high school? Who did you hang out with/date?
"I played in a metal band which we started when I was a sophomore. I lived in the suburbs but we would play shows in the city (Minneapolis) and we got a really electric response from crowds right from the very beginning, so that became the most important part of my identity throughout high school. Though I was a "band dude" I always made a point to get to know and hang with as many different crowds as possible. I always wanted to be friends with literally everyone. As far as who I dated, well, they were all dancers and they were all brunettes..."
Were you a porn fan before you got into the industry? Who were your favorite porn stars/favorite porn movies?
"I was the biggest porn fan I'd ever known. But, my passion for it always transcended just being a fan of the viewing experience. It wasn't just about jerking off. The whole idea of being involved in the industry fascinated me. And I enjoyed learning small personal details about the performers whenever they shared them, because I wanted to be part of that sex cult. I perceived most of them as something like super heroes - transcending a dull, typical lifestyle by using their sexuality to rise above. Since I was a teen, I always planned to get into the industry, and told everyone around me that I was going to. Most people didn't take me seriously, but I always meant it. Some of my favorite porn stars back then were: April Summers, Kinzie Kenner, Briana Banks, Krystal Steal, Riley Mason..."
What kind of scene have you found is your favorite kind to do so far?
"It's more about WHO I'm working with rather than what type of scene it is, but generally it's hard to beat a one-on-one experience because that's the best way to really fully experience another human being without any distractions. But I love a good boy/boy/girl or boy/girl/girl when they come along - tons of fun!"
What/who do you want to do on-camera that you haven’t done yet?
"I've done almost 900 scenes. All sorts of different types of scenes. There is nothing else I feel like I need to do. I just like continuously having sex with new people. :)"
Who is your favorite performer to work with so far and why?
"I could never pick just one. But off the top of my head, some people who I have really enjoyed working with lately are Haley Reed, Melody Marks, Aiden Ashley, Evelyn Claire, and Winter Jade. Everyone brings something different to the table but a relaxed attitude and an obvious taste for sex are always 2 of the most important factors! Nothing beats when your partner is very clearly enjoying the job!"
You respond to your fans a lot on Twitter. What do you like most about talking to your fans on social media?
"I'm always shocked that out of over 20k followers, I don't really see a lot of interaction. I tweet quite a lot of things that I feel are setup for participation but most of the time no one says anything. Maybe it has something to do with "shadow banning"? I don't know. But, regardless, I enjoy interaction, as long as the conversation has some sort of intent or purpose."
How did you become a porn performer? What led you down that career path?
"I was touring with my band Dead To Fall in 2006. We had a day off and stayed with a friend in Long Beach. Her roommate had just started doing scenes for the website Razordolls.com, and she heard that I wanted to start doing porn too. So, she asked me if I wanted to do a scene with her the following day, and I did. That was how I got my foot in the door (or my "Dick In The Door", as I named the related chapter in my semi-autobiographical fiction novel, Warship Satan). Fast forward two years later, and I met Andy San Dimas in Baltimore while my band was there for a month recording our final album. We realized we both wanted to move to L.A. to pursue porn, and started dating. 6 months later my band broke up, and a year after that, her and I made the move. Eon McKai also helped out by putting us in his Vivid-Alt feature, On My Dirty Knees, which was actually a surreal take on her journey into porn."
"For the most part, I just appreciate being able to continue doing this for as long as I can. Though, I admit that when I initially made my plan to get into the industry, there was a lot more room for growth and progression. In the early 2000's, you started as a male talent, then you quickly made your way to directing and producing. Considering I've been passionately into filmmaking my whole life, I always assumed this would be the natural progression for me, but unfortunately, the industry as we used to know it began deconstructing JUST as I made my way in (around 2009). I'm an artist and a filmmaker at heart, so I'm confident I could make a XXX feature with a singular aesthetic and a story with psychological depth, two things that would also contribute to extra hot sex scenes, but the path has not presented itself so I've focused on other things. But, if any producers are listening...I can write, direct, and compose a music score all on my own! Come on!"What is one thing you would teach a woman who wanted to be a better sexual partner?"To me, the absolute sexiest thing is simply when a woman knows exactly what she wants or what makes her cum and makes it known. Simple. Nothing is hotter to me than making a woman cum."What do you love most about being in porn?"I mean, I get to have sex with some of the hottest women in the world, consistently. How can you top that?"
"Are porno DVD's still being manufactured? I would say don't bother buying DVD's - go subscribe to your favorite pornstar's ManyVids, OnlyFans, etc. If you're gonna buy DVD's, go buy some underrated mainstream films that aren't streaming anywhere, like Turkish Delight or La Femme Publique."
What do you like to do for fun?
"I'm a musician and a writer. I've put out 4 books in the last decade and multiple music records in all different genres. Right now, I am finishing up writing an album for my minimal wave band More Ephemerol. When I'm done with that, I will be adapting my last novel to screenplay. I also enjoy video games to decompress."
What are your favorite fetishes to explore on camera?
"I'm not much of a fetish person. My main fetish is: WOMEN. I just worship women, vagina, and their bodies. Obsessed with them. Always have been. But, I am a sucker for a nice manicure or pedicure, and some cute feet :-P"
Who are your role models in porn?
"There are tons of people worth looking up to in the industry. Namely, the people who do this because they love the actual sex, and not just the fame or money that comes along with it. Sincerity means so much! Anyone who I perceive as an honest person that enjoys this job - they are ICONS, all of them."
What is the best mainstream movie you have seen recently?
"I think MIDSOMMAR is one of the greatest horror films of this century. After the long stretch of uninspired garbage and unnecessary remakes we've seen in the last 20 years, director Ari Aster is going to be one of the new saviors to help make American horror films worthwhile again. His debut HEREDITARY was fantastic as well."
How about the best porno movie? Is there someone whose movies you like to watch who is working now?
"I dunno about features but I grew into manhood watching Jules Jordan pornos. That style of in-your-face gonzo will always be my favorite."
What is coming up for you?
"In porn? LOL. Nobody has any idea, right? We don't know when this quarantine is gonna end... I have nothing scheduled, of course. Nothing at all."
If you could fuck any celebrity, who would it be?
"Nice. I'm glad you asked. #1 would definitely be Emma Roberts. 2nd choice would be Britney Spears. And last, but not least, let's go with FKA Twigs."
What single piece of advice would you give a brand new female performer?
"Don't do anything you don't want to do. Stand your ground."
Is there anything you want to say to your fans here at Fleshbot?
"It's been a fun 11 years. Let's make it 12! Don't be a stranger... <3 Support my content at ChadAlva.manyvids.com - please and thank you."
