Painted Ladies

We thought the only place in North America where half-naked women roamed the streets during daylight hours was here in New Orleans, where two bottle caps and a sprinkle of body glitter is an accepted year-round wardrobe choice. Apparently, we've never been to Key West during Fantasy Fest.
