Confused Boner of the Week: Hilary Duff/Rachel McAdams Breast Pump

Real? Fake? Real Hot? Fake Sexy?

Yeah... so... This is not how I pictured my week starting. Then again, could anyone have ever guessed they'd see an Instagram post of Hilary Duff with breast pump underneath a picture of Rachel McAdams using a breast pump. And I don't know if either of these pics are for real or for art or for something completely different. The only thing I know for sure is I'm kind of turned on and very confused.

And I have to say this, I really must, Hilary Duff's boobs are huge, thanks to having a baby recently. I haven't heard anything about either Hilary Duff or Rachel McAdams being with child, but that doesn't mean they are both parents again (or for the first time). Then again, this could be for some photographer who wanted to make a statement about... I don't know, motherhood? Health insurance? Breast pumps?  That I can't answer, but seriously, this is all kind of a turn on and I don't know what's up with that. It could that Hilary Duff's boobs look amazing and Rachel McAdam's boob look amazing or it could be something with the breast pumps. I'm so confused.

I'm sure there is someone out there who know what is going on in this Hilary Duff Instagram pump. Is it real? Is it fake? Is anyone else as confused and turned on as I am?
