We're not entirely convinced that the first of these two photos is actually Michael Pitt, the puffy-lipped former "Dawson's Creek" bad boy and "Hedwig" hearthrob who's currently starring in Bernardo Bertolucci's "The Dreamers". If it is, though, we understand what all the fuss is about.
