I don't pretend to know much about working out. I'm not one you'd call "gym rat" or a "crossfit guy" or "someone who enjoys physical activities", but there is one thing I do know; never skip leg day. Leg day is super important in making sure your body gets the full workout it needs. In fact, you should do two leg days, but only if you are Eiza Gonzalez.

Don't skip leg day, Eiza Gonzalez. These exercises are working wonders for not only you, but people like me who tend not to get up that much. It really feels like my whole body is getting a workout when you do your squats.
