Honestly, I don't know why Chelsea Handler is so surprised she's topless. I mean, it's Chelsea Handler! She gets topless a lot and that's really awesome. You know, Chelsea Handler could once again be drawing attention to the stupid terms and conditions of Instagram. This video was on the social media site and I'm sure it was taken down quickly because Instagram hates boobs. Chelsea Handler has taken them on before and rightly so. If Chelsea Handler wants to be topless on any social media site she should be allowed to be. She's got some great boobs. Sure, we've seen them many, many, many times before, but that doesn't mean we don't want to see them again. And again. And again. I mean, if someone wanted to do that because they believe staring at Chelsea Handler topless right before they go to sleep means that's what they'll dream of... or something.
