Moe Suing For Fraud
Male performer Moe Johnson is suing the production company Dogfart and porn director Jim Camp, according to a story over at AVN. In the lawsuit filed in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles, Johnson alleges that fraud, negligence and racial harassment happened during a sex scene that Johnson performed with porn star Ryan Conner that was shot in July 2017.
The suit recounts Johnson denying consent to use the "n" word as part of the scene for the Cuckold Sessions website but Conner went on to use the "n" word in the scene anyway, ignoring Johnson's wishes.
Moe alleges that during a threeway scene on July 12th in Tarzana, California, shot for Dogfart’s Cuckold Sessions site that he did not consent to his female co-star Ryan Conner using the N-word, as directed by Camp. Performer Nat Turnher also appeared in the sex scene.
Johnson claims Camp asked him twice—once before the sex scene started and a second time during a break in production—if it was OK for Conner call him the "n" word, but that Johnson made it clear that he did not want the racial slur to be used.
Believing his consent was going to be honored, Johnson went forward with the scene. Then at the popshot, Conner said, “Give me that ["n" word] load. Oh yeah, give me all that ["n" word] cum,” according to the lawsuit.
Moe is seeking damages for Fraud Through Deceit; Negligent Misrepresentation; Negligent Hiring/Retention/Supervision; Racial Harassment; and Failure to Prevent Racial Harassment.
