Darrell Hamamoto and “Masters of the Pillow”

Noy Thrupkaew at Nerve profiles University of California professor and activist porn auteur Darrell Hamamoto, the "Ronin of Raunch" whose (as yet unreleased) "Skin on Skin" seeks to address issues of cultural stereotyping and Asian-American identity - not to mention provide some hot smut along the way: "You are what you fuck ... There is no color-blind anything, even at the level of the emotions." Hamamoto is also featured in James Hou's documentary about the new Asian-American porn movement "Masters of the Pillow", due for release on September 27.
