You know a hitherto obscure fetish like oral fisting has gone mainstream when it's featured in an ad to sell hamburgers. We have the sneaking suspicion we've seen the model in this commercial for Carl's Jr. in a hardcore gagging video (no, wait - that must've been Ashley Blue); in any case, it looks like she has quite the porn career ahead of her if she ever decides to drop the buns and go and work for Anabolic instead.
