John Waters' "A Dirty Shame" (billed as "America's first carnal concussion movie") opens next week, and the only thing we're looking forward to more than Selma Blair's gigantic prosthetic breasts is seeing how head injuries and sex and infantilism fetish will play in multiplexes across the country. Good thing we'll be able to keep up via Gawker Media's promo blog for the film (written by Fleshbot guest star Remy Stern), which launched today.
