Jim Powers' "Dementia" seeks to raise the bar for extreme gonzo hardcore: according to the press release, "It's a lavish celebration of the sexually profane and the vulgar, the most lascivious and unnerving gonzo creation Powers has made to date. ... It straddles the line between art and insanity, desire and obsession, artistic expression and obscenity." We can never resist anything either lascivious or unnerving, especially when Aurora Snow and Hannah Harper are involved - add four more hot starlets and a hot trailer, and we bet you won't be able to either.
