It usually takes Hollywood celebrities months or even years to bounce back from a substance abuse problem, but it only took Gia Paloma less than twenty-four hours to go from passing out on the casino bar floor and exiting the Venetian on a stretcher to winning an award for Best All-Girl Scene at the AVN Awards last weekend. Said one studio owner upon hearing the news that Gia was back on the Expo floor signing autographs the afternoon following the incident, "Now that's a real rock star." To which we add: talk about hardcore.
