Big Muscle(s) of the Week: Patrick & Adrian

We had a hard time (heh) trying to decide between these two candidates for this week's Big Muscle of the Week honors, but since they both live in Miami and seem to be good friends, we decided to throw our customary restraint to the wind and simply feature both. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any photos of them together, so you'll just have to use your imagination and think about the two of them doing things like ... well, whatever a couple of hairy musclemen from Miami who are good friends would be doing.
