After a couple of years on the film festival circuit (during which it was banned in Singapore—go figure), we hear that "Desperately Seeking Seka" will finally be released on DVD in the US later this month, presumably to take advantage of the porn documentary craze that seems to be sweeping the cultural landscape these days. Swedish production team Grindhouse Pictures' odyssey chronicles the filmmakers' efforts to, er, seek the current whereabouts of the legendary 70s porn siren, whom they finally track down cooking pasta in her Chicago kitchen. (Sorry, did we just give away the ending?)
