The Bulge Research Institute

If that Bulge Report site we posted about a while back is like a prestigous but expensive private university that takes your hard earned dollars and gives you nothing but a lot of frustration in return, the Bulge Research Institute is like its cheaper, less comprehensive yet friendlier community college counterpart. (Or something to that effect—sorry, but all those intriguing lumps offered for study here are playing havoc with our faculty for writing cohesive metaphors.) Anyone up for pulling an all-nighter with us?
