If you're not already familiar with Treasure Island Media (a company which began advertising on Fleshbot recently, so consider yourself disclaimed), it's probably because you're not a fan of bareback porn—which pretty much represents their entire product and which arouses more controversy in the gay porn community than anything else with the possible exception of Michael Lucas' cheekbones. In an interview with porn marketing guru Sam Sugar this week, TIM's Saul Austin offers a strongly worded response to his critics: "While there is a time and a place for condoms, that time and place is not in my fucking porn film ... The bulk of gay porn is overwhelmingly scared of being judged by a few extremely vocal and usually undersexed men who are obsessed with how all the people who aren't them are fucking each other." No matter which side of the bareback debate you're on, it makes for some interesting reading.-RM
