Myskina Lawsuit Update

We wish Russian tennis star and former French Open winner Anastasia Myskina had taken a page from the Paris Hilton manual of spin control and shrugged off those topless photos of her that were leaked from a 2002 GQ photoshoot last summer; that way, she would've saved herself the trouble of filing an undoubtedly troublesome and ultimately futile lawsuit, and the rest of us from wondering what all the fuss was about to begin with.
