That person is New York comedienne Jennifer Dziura who, with a group of guest comedians, writes the Sarcastic Sex Toy Blog, covering offerings like the Titty Blow Masturbator, The Adonis Fist, and the Blueberry Tart Jelly Pocket Tush.
