DVD: “The New Devil In Miss Jones”

As if a five star AVN review and a piece in the New York Times last month weren't enough, the promotions department at Vivid is fairly giddy with excitement over preorders for the new Jenna Jameson/Savanna Samson vehicle "The New Devil In Miss Jones": a press release confirmed today that the company has submitted its advance sale figures to the Guinness Book of World Records for consideration as "the largest selling, straight adult film ever out the door." (Who knew that was even a Guinness category?) We'll have to wait until the three-disk set goes on sale this Wednesday to see if all the hype was justified—but in the meantime, any release that features a cameo by the inimitable Georgina Spelvin (star of the 1972 original) is assured a place in our must-see list for the year.
