Ordinarily the sight of Kate Moss topless would not in itself merit one of our Celebrity NippleWatch™ posts (er, not that it's ever stopped us before)—but given recent developments, we thought this video clip of Kate spazzing out getting happy at a photoshoot was at least of enough historical interest to share with you here.
