Can "cute" be quantified? Rate My Body wants you to do just that. It's a site in the spirit of Hot or Not, but with an emphasis below the neckline. By now the drill should be pretty familiar: you look at a picture of and then score your subject on a scale of 1 to 10. While there's nothing too racy, the top-scoring contestants are pretty fetching, and you can register for the privilege of sending your top-rated hotties messages. So it's sort of like having a whole lot of wholesome girls-next-door at your beck and call. Sort of.- J. West
