With both the highest per-capita incarceration rate and the highest total number of prisoners of any country, the United States is the world leader in putting people behind bars; in fact, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to say that the American legal system has a fetish for seeing people in prison. In that spirit, maybe our lawmakers should get together and check out some of the movies listed in this exhaustive collection of stills, synopses and promotional materials featuring nothing but ladies behind bars?
