Sex In Space?

It's no secret that we get a lot of our nerdiest ideas from Boing Boing, but their recent post about sex in space has really got our gears grinding. As private companies race to build space planes and draw up blueprints for orbital hotels, we may soon have the answer to that all-important question: who will be the Neil Armstrong of fucking? (And who will play the part of Mrs. Armstrong? And the Armstrong's sexy satellite repairman?) Or have some unknown pioneers already done the dirty zero-gravity deed? A new book looks into those questions, as well as some of the complications that need to be worked out. ("Partners would have to be anchored to the wall and/or to each other." Hooray, for space bondage!) All the possibilities and uncertainties have us completely fascinated, but we do know there is one drawback to getting buck wild among the stars ... no one can hear you scream.
