AVN Awards Countdown: T-Minus 18

The AVN Awards will be held at the Mandalay Bay Casino and Whatever Else on January 13. Starting today—and don't you forget it is because things are pretty goddamn slow around here—we will count down to the blessed day with photos from the 2006 convention.

Contrary to what the website says, the 2007 fete will only be the first time the 24th annual awards have been held; last year was number 23, and the previous year was number 22, and so on.

Here are former Penthouse Pets and current porn studio contract stars Heather Vuur (formerly Heather Vandeven and now NinnWorx' poster gal) and Sophia Santi (formerly Natalia Cruze before Digital Playground got its wonderful meathooks into her). I love them so much it makes me woozy; I don't care what they're calling themselves lately. - GP
