Sure, anyone can go to the 2007 AVN Expo in Las Vegas this week and stand in line for a photo op with a porn star, but how many people can say they were able to get the ever-delightful Gianna to not only sign one of her boobs for us but actually give it to us to take home, where it will make an endlessly amusing paperweight, pincushion, or carpal tunnel-alleving wrist pad? Well, anyone with five bucks to spare, actually: Gianna (along with fellow pornstresses Sunny Lane and Tera Patrick) was signing away souvenir mammaries from her magically limitless supply at the first day of the expo today for B.A.B.E.; all proceeds will benefit breast cancer research and awareness. Sure beats taking home a signed glossy of Ron Jeremy. (Besides, we already have one of those from last year.)
