Marital Aid Test Kitchen: Pyrexions’ Pistol Peter

EDITORIAL FEATURES

Pyrexions' Pistol Peter is another example of the effective wedding of gun violence and marital aids, in the company of forebears like the opening credits of "Goldfinger" and Aida Turturro's scene towards the end of Season Two of "The Sopranos" in which she shoots David Proval with the very gun he used to get her so excited in a previous episode.

After the jump, see Pyrexions' spokesmodel Kimberly Kane sporting one northerly use of the Pistol Peter, and learn why blowing glass is not like running a meth lab. - GP

"Well, for one I have never heard of a situation where a glass blower burned his house down," said Pyrexions' founder Aaron Verity when I asked if the combination of oxygen, propane, and working in his garage might not be construed by outsiders as a potential "America Undercover" situation. "Though I have dropped molten glass on my lap."

Verity started Pyrexions two years ago, and recently landed Kimberly Kane as a celebrity shill. Kane used Pyrexions' products in her latest movie, "Triple Ecstasy".

"She contacted me via MySpace and said she wanted to 'rock my products'," Verity said. "She's a great name to drop."

Verity works out of Ithaca, NY, where today it is five degrees. He says it takes him about two hours to put a Pistol Peter together. I couldn't imagine testing such a product in that weather.

"My girlfriend lives in San Diego," Verity said.
