The Men of Old Reliable

And while we're on the subject of hot trade this week, we're reminded of the fact that in the two plus years that Fleshbot has been helping to make your keyboard sticky we've yet to post anything about the aptly named Old Reliable, the one-man studio which has consistently been churning out hot photos of dreamy (if dangerous-looking) drifters and brawny blue collar types—usually depicted flipping off the camera—since 1968. Fortunately, our good friends at Nightcharm use the recently published "Speeding: The Old Reliable Photos of David Hurles" as a jumping-off point to introduce you to Hurles and his universe of hustlers, roughnecks, and "sexy psychos" ("more Weegee than (Bruce) Weber", to quote the sublime promo copy), few of whom approach the standards set by glossy mainstream porn but all of whom have that ineffable hotness about them that only cheap cigars, bad prison tattoos, and unshaven scrotums can provide.
