DVD: “Wet Dreamz of Genie”

In perusing this year's category list for the 2006 GayVN Awards (for which your humble Fleshbot editor is a judge, so consider yourself disclaimed), we were struck by the number of nominations for "Wet Dreamz of Genie", a film that somehow managed to slip under our radar last year—including four for writer/director/actor/editor Junito alone. With a soundtrack straight from a public access cable nature documentary and special effects that lie somewhere between "Barbarella" and "The Magic Garden", the video is is described as "a non-stop magic carpet ride of horny, hardcore ass pounding, cock swallowing and foot sucking action" ... lots of foot sucking action, in fact, so much so that we're surprised it wasn't nominated for Best Specialty Release (read: fetish film) as well. The trailer may be the best—or worst—example of unintentional porn camp we've seen in a while, but aside from all those cheesy CG effects and foot licking it looks like there's some pretty hot sex too ... and considering the amount of cookie-cutter product churned out we see by some of the better-known studios, it's nice to see anyone doing something that stands apart from the crowd, bejeweled turbans and all.
