America's Top Cock is a new contest from the boys at Ruff and Hot, an amateur site that promises "hot trailer trix, flava Hunks, tattoo hunks, hard muscle meat and peverted papas" (which we'll have to take their word for since the site doesn't offer much by way of previews); over the next month, they're challenging readers to submit their hottest pics that show off the goods.
