So if you replaced his trusty green screen map with, say ... a giant booby, what do you think is going to happen? TMZ may believe they've caught Chris Allen of WBKO in Bowling Green, Kentucky, in some sort of TV outtake faux pas, but the man is simply handling a tough situation by falling back on his meteorological training.
