2007 WeHo Porn Awards

With all the competing awards ceremonies out there this time of year—who finally did win the Lifetime Achievement Award for Best Director of a supporting actor/actress in a musical or animated foreign documentary anyway?—we're starting to see something approximating awards show creep everywhere we look, and the porn world is no exception. Obviously operating under the principle that one good gay smut awards ceremony deserves dozens more, the 2007 WeHo Awards will be presented next week in West Hollywood. And while we're a little confused why NakedSword was the only online Video-on-Demand service to have its very own category (oh right, they're a sponsor), we certainly appreciate the creative range of some of the other categories including Best Bottom, Best Top ... and in what will surely be the evening's total nail biter, Cocktail with The Stars' Guest of The Year. Good thing voting ends this Sunday, or we'd be beside ourselves worrying about the results for weeks! -VH
